Practising artist since 1970; studied at the University of Santo Tomas College of Architecture & Fine Arts, Philippines 1976 (Rector's Scholar; Gold Medal of Excellence); art studies in the National Academy of Design School of Fine Arts, New York (1990) and Arts Students League, New York (1989); Master Class- Printing/Lithography School, New York (1992-1998).; recipient of study grants to visit museums and galleries in Belgium, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, United States, and Thailand.
